Bathroom Refit at SEN School

The client approached us with an urgent requirement to replace and renovate four existing bathroom and changing space areas. The project scope included a full renovation and overhaul of the rooms, providing upgraded facilities and incorporating new storage areas to better meet the needs of the school’s students and staff.

With only limited specifications provided at the outset, our team quickly engaged in design consultation, formatting of budgets, and defining the design scope. We fast-tracked the mobilisation of our installation team to ensure the project was completed within the client’s tight 10-day turnaround.

The project was successfully implemented on time, fully adhering to the brief. Careful product selection was made to ensure all materials and fixtures were appropriate for the complex needs of the SEN environment, ensuring durability, accessibility, and functionality.

Strip Out and Demolition:
Removal of existing IPS (Infection Prevention Systems)
Strip-out of flooring and existing changing facilities

Installation of a high-impact wall cladding system

Refurbishment:
Refurbishment of mechanical infrastructure
Installation of new sanitary ware (sinks, toilets, etc.)

Full redecoration of the bathroom area, including walls and fixtures
